Hospital's Dental Clinic Service Readiness in Facing Covid-19

This research was conducted to find the root of problem and solution inactivity X Hospital Dental Clinic since Covid-19 pandemic. Fishbone Diagram combined with 5 WHYs is problem. Determination solutions using CARL method (Capability, Accessibility, Readiness, Leverage) through Forum Group Discussion (FGD). results showed that cause pandemic unavailability infrastructure in accordance minimum standards.
